Founder and Managing Consultant Andrew Cseter (SEE-tur) has been engaged for nearly forty years in a variety of college institutions, educational associations, sports and community organizations. Has obtained more than $55 million dollars of government, public and private funding for various institutions and education agencies to enhance service delivery and develop quality improvement projects. Has a strong reputation of quality enhancement of boards, agency service deliverables, and process improvement which is steeped in cultural competency and organizational climate throughout the United States and internationally. Educational Specialist degree, SSGI/Baldrige Foundation Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. 

Advisory/Ad-hoc Consulting Staff are business, community and education leaders who are committed to enhance success through oversight, strategic planning, policy development, and continuous enhancement.
